BASICS of Conscious Care and Support
If you are a family member, caregiver or support person for an individual with a developmental disability and/or for someone who struggles with mental health, anxiety and stress, this session will provide knowledge and tools that can be immediately implemented to increase health and well-being.

About the Event
CCS BASICS is a single day session that provides well researched and proven methods for increased health and happiness in supported individuals and the support person.
If you are a family member, caregiver or support person for an individual with a developmental disability and/or for someone who struggles with mental health, anxiety and stress, this session will provide knowledge and tools that can be immediately implemented to increase health and well-being for you and the supported individual.
