Community Participation Supports (CPS)
Individuals participate in community-based social, recreational, educational, and volunteering opportunities based on their personal goals, strengths, and abilities.

To support people with disabilities to identify their personal interests and explore community-based opportunities that match their interests.

Who Do We Support?

Individuals who access Community Participation Supports have a variety of strengths and abilities, all of which are accommodated through the development of Individual Support Plans.
How to Access CPS
Community Participation Supports can be accessed in one of two ways:

Developmental Services Ontario can determine eligibility for provincial funding to access these supports during transition to adult services

Participation can be purchased at any time using alternate funding sources, such as PASSPORT
